Refund Policy

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchases. The terms and conditions and refund policy depends on what you have purchased from us. More details will be available on the product you are purchasing at the time of booking. We will contact you to make the refund and we will try to refund in your preferred format however we may not always be able to refund in the same way as it was paid for.

Events

Reservation and attendance on events is subject to full payment up front. Refunds are only made if cancellation is received up to 14 days prior to the event and will be subject to a £10 administration fee (this may be higher for events that are longer programmes and for the conference). Places can be transferred to someone else free of charge and you can notify us at info@eauc.org.uk. Confirmations will be sent once payment has been received. EAUC reserve the right to cancel the course if there are insufficient paid bookings up to one week in advance of the course, and we take no responsibility for travel and subsistence expenses incurred by delegates. In this instance, event fees will be refunded in full. Your contact details will be passed onto any Company Members or third parties related to this event (as relevant). If you do not wish us to do so, please confirm in writing to us prior to the event date.

Membership

At the point of purchase, membership is for the length of a calendar year from the date of sale. Membership is non-refundable unless for exceptional circumstances and would be on a pro-rata basis depending on how many months of membership has been activated. In terms of mergers or name changes of institutions we can transfer membership to the new name or body.

Exhibition & Sponsorship

Exhibition or sponsorship is non-refundable unless for exceptional circumstances and would be pro-rata dependent upon benefits already received. EAUC reserve the right to cancel the event/activity if there are insufficient paid bookings up to one week in advance of the event/activity, and we take no responsibility for travel and subsistence expenses incurred by exhibitors or sponsors.
