Our Governance
Governance is the process of deciding how the EAUC should be run, by agreeing on our targets and strategies, and ensuring we act responsibly.
Below, you can view documents which govern the way we work, including the EAUC's constitution, policies and procedures, and Annual Reports and AGM related papers:
- Articles of Association/Constitution
- Strategic Framework
- The Board has three Sub-Committees - Audit Sub-Committee, People & Performance Sub-Committee, Income Generation & Organisational Development Sub-Committee
- Annual General Meeting pages
- Sustainability Policy - developed with help of EAUC Members, we have now a more robust policy with newly advanced social and economic aspects of sustainability and whole-organisation approach.
- Equality and Diversity Policy for the EAUC Board of Trustees. The Board consulted with Members as well as collaborating with Advance HE on this policy.
