While no formal date and theme on what Go Green Week should focus on have not been announced yet, we know that some EAUC members have plans to hold a series of virtual events either in line with Go Green Week or alternatives of it. 'Green Week - Coventry & Warwick'
For the fourth year running, Warwick University, Coventry University, Coventry and Warwick District Council will be coming together to run sustainability themed events and initiatives (8th - 14th March 2021) based on the UN SDGs. Find out more here and on Facebook - www.facebook.com/GreenWeek2021
Glasgow Kelvin College
Go Green Week will take place from 15th to 19th February 2021.
Online workshops, open for staff and students will be hosted in collaboration with Home Energy Scotland, Bike for Good and the 2050 Climate Group. The College is taking the opportunity to raise awareness and inform its students about COP26.

Ulster University
To coincide with World Environment Day (5th June 2021), Ulster University is planning to revamp the sustainability webpages and aligning them to the SDGs. Find out more here.
University of Reading
University of Reading ran a Green Festival (9th - 15th November 2020) in conjunction with Reading Climate Festival. The event aimed to raise awareness of green issues in the community and beyond - a full list of activities can be found here.
University of York
Running between 15th - 21st February, One Planet Week (following from the concept of One Planet Living) at University of York will adopt the Culture and Community principle. It will look at how sustainability works in the local community as well as how different cultures and communities are affected by sustainability issues. The events are open to the public and members from other EAUC institutions are welcome to join too. Find out more here.
King's College London
Taking place the whole of February, Sustainability Month at King's College London aims to bring students and staff together to collaborate, share knowledge, and equip the community with the tools to #TakeAction to help build a more progressive and positive future together, at King’s and beyond. - A panel event: What we need to do in a climate and ecological crisis? Speakers from across the university and local council on BU’s plans, local action and COP26
- Climate assembly: student and staff assembly to feed into the plan and hold them to account (it will run twice a year)
- Womens’ Environmental Network ‘Feminist Green New Deal’ talk – part of International Womens Day celebrations
- Eco-anxiety to action workshop and climate café, to allow personal space and connection with the crisis
