Share your ideas and good practice by submitting either a campus or academic workshop proposal!
We’re currently in the planning stages for the 22nd EAUC Annual Conference on the 19 - 21 June 2018 at Keele University. Workshops/sessions will run on 20 - 21 June 2018 only.
We invite abstracts, papers, and proposals to be submitted in any of the six streams of the conference (detailed in the guidance notes), in which sessions will be scheduled and during these times, six sessions will run concurrently. There are 36 sessions available for both the academic and campus submission streams.
The conference theme, Collaborations for Change, Global Goals for Tomorrow's Education, Today, recognises the critical role universities and colleges across the planet have to play in finding and implementing a solution to climate change, and realising the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with partnership working.
Next year's conference is inspired by United Nations Sustainable Development Goal no.17, Partnership for the Goals, meaning a successful approach to leading change for sustainability requires a new commitment to partnership and cooperation. They are needed across every part of our learning institutions and between us and wider local, national and international stakeholders.
Iain Patton, EAUC CEO, says, "The SDGs are the world's new to-do list and this conference will inspire and empower universities and colleges to take the step-change needed."
With the prevalent issue of the SDGs, plus the inclusion of an academic stream, next year's conference promises to attract an even wider audience, so send your proposal in today!
