The National Union of Students celebrated their annual Green Impact Students' Unions awards last week.
This year they had redesigned their toolkit to include more social and holistic actions, for example about activism and campaigning, and training and research. The NUS Sustainability team were thrilled to see how participants embraced the new Green Impact, and were so impressed with everyone's efforts.

Jo Kemp, Green Impact programme manager said that this year "there has been an incredible commitment to cross-organisational working at each students' union," and that "the new programme has been really impactful in creating new partnerships."
"We hope that, going forward, Green Impact will be influential in helping the sector map its positive impact on students, unions and the environment," she concluded.
