A showcase featuring the 133 project that have made the final of the prestigious 2024 UK and Ireland Green Gown Awards has just been launched.
Alongside information and photos about the projects, the showcase also features the top three learnings from each project as well as their alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Now in their 20th year, the Green Gown Awards recognise innovative and exceptional sustainability work being undertaken in colleges, universities and other post-16 education institutions. A central tenant of the awards is the sharing of best practice to inform, inspire and enable sustainability work to be developed across the post-16 education sector.
The Green Gown Awards are delivered in partnership with UK Research and Innovation.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Edinburgh on 13 November.
