On 9 July, ENVISION are inviting businesses and enterprises from the UK and across Europe to join them for a free, half day workshop, which has been designed to help them move towards a low carbon and sustainable economy through research partnerships.
ENVISION brings together six of the UK’s top institutions for environmental research under one single consortium, including Lancaster University, The University of Nottingham and Bangor University. It looks to ensure that knowledge created within universities and research institutes has real-life application both now and into the future.
To be held at Lancaster University from 10am-2pm it will discuss themes like how research institutions and universities can facilitate the transition towards a sustainable economy, in addition to the obstacles and opportunities faced in creating truly sustainable economies.
