Working with our partners - the Soil Association and The Roundhouse, Derby College - we are proud to once again announce that we have been awarded the prestigious Gold Food for Life Catering Mark for guaranteeing a menu that includes fresh, local produce from the UK and incorporating 15% of organic ingredients.
This is a great achievement and together with EAUC’s sustainable events policy, we have done our up-most to ensure the event is run as sustainably as possible.
We hope that by setting the standard, others will adopt the Food for Life Catering Mark to ensure their campus food offers the best in sustainability excellence.
