We have pleasure in sending all EAUC Members the papers for our forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
It will be held at 11:30am on Tuesday 27 March 2012 at the University of York. It is one vote per Member institution and your key contact or appointed representative has already been invited to vote for your institution. They have been invited to vote online or at the AGM.
As a Member of the EAUC, we send important AGM information to all contacts at each institution about the running of the Association. We ask that your read this information carefully:
►AGM papers which include: AGM procedures, agenda, minutes of the last AGM, Resolution paper AGM12-01
►2011 Annual Trustee Report and Financial Statements
We do hope Members take the time to read the documents above and we thank you for your continued support.
