In September's issue of University Business which is themed 'student experience', we're making the important link between behaviour change and students as they are a massive part of their institution's carbon footprint.
Written by Dr Sandra Lee, Sustainable Travel Officer at the University of Leicester, the article also explores why behaviour change is so difficult, the barriers to change and ultimately, how to be successful. Sandra holds a PhD in Behaviour Change and is passionate about demystifying this area.
Sandra is also the convenor of our new Embedding Positive Behaviours and Attitudes Community of Practice which aims to identify precedents in the area, share experiences and best practice examples. In addition, to acknowledge the work this group will be doing and the vast amount of information on the topic, we've created a new Positive Behaviours Resource Bank area.
