Join this episode of our 'Realigning Curricula for the Future' series of events run by the EAUC Scotland team, focussing on education for sustainable development in specific subject areas.
At this hour long event you will hear some examples of good practice when embedding sustainability in the professional cookery curriculum, discuss your own experience of embedding Education for Sustainable Development, and have the opportunity to reflect on how your curriculum represents the SDGs.
We will hear from City of Glasgow college and how lecturers there have designed an SQA accredited unit on food waste.
