Sustainability Training in your Staff Induction

You'd like to make Sustainability part of every new staff members induction, but aren't sure where to start.  This workshop discussed sustainability online mandatory training courses for HE institutions based on the experiences of the University of Leicester.

In this session we will hear from Alice Jackson, Academic Engagement Officer and Dr Sandra Lee, Social Impact Lead about their experience developing the University of Leicester Environmental Sustainability e-learning Mandatory Training course. The main aim of the session is to share their approach to the course. This will include sharing the structure and examples of content, an indication of costs and staff resource as well as an indication of how this was approved and signed off within the institution.
