Join this Senior Sustainability Leadership Group designed for those involved in leading change in the higher and further education sectors.
If you are curious about how concepts of sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals can be used as the compass and the fuel for change through the teaching/learning, research/innovation and/or campus/community/service efforts of your institution.
The EAUC Sustainability Leadership Academy provides expert-led interactive webinars, curated networking opportunities, professional coaching and mentoring, and access to invitation-only events run by the EAUC or its partners.
Now in its second year, the Leadership Academy will support and inspire your professional and personal development by providing the following courses:
Covering topics like Resilient Leadership, Leading in a Virtual World, Leading During Challenging Times and Adaptive Leadership. These executive education sessions will be led by the faculty team with leaders and alumni across the sector to share lessons from practice.
Attendees will be offered four dedicated coaching/mentoring sessions. Two sessions will be one-on-one with senior leaders, and two sessions will be peer group sessions. This is an invaluable opportunity to discuss goals, hopes and aspirations for your future as well as those of your institution. (If you would like additional one-on-one mentoring or coaching these will be available at a reduced rate for Academy members.)
There will be opportunities for attendees to interact with fellow leaders in problem-solving related discussions throughout the year.
This will provide an opportunity to meet and discuss current trends, concerns and successes with Academy members. We will be providing opportunities for peer led discussion throughout the course of the year.
The Academy run by Professor Wendy Purcell of Harvard University, and supported by a faculty of Leaders from within the Higher Education Sector, will run from May to December 2021.
If you are a senior leader and would like to join the Academy, or have any questions, please email us to register your interest for 2021/2022.
