Our mental health is important, and looking after the mental health of others within our institutions is something we all care about. Several UK institutions have received funding for mental health projects which they plan to run both within their institutions and in collaboration with their local communities.
To tie into World Mental Health day on 10th October, we will be hearing about some of the projects that they have planned to support staff and students.
We will hear from Kara Hollaway, Student Mental Health Project Co-ordinator at Keele University and Jame Darwen, EDI Project Lead at UWE in this very relevant and (hopefully) inspiring session.
