The meeting will be taking place in the JB Priestley Room which is the third floor of Staff House which is R24 on the map:

Staff House is a 2 minute walk from University train station, just head down the hill past the statue until you get to University Centre.  Enter Staff House via the steps next to our Urban Cycles bike shop then head to third floor.
 
If people do need to drive there is the multi-storey car park on Pritchatts Road, there is no option to reserve car parking for visitors.
