Members are invited to join the EAUC for a free webinar to discuss the consultation 'Leading by example: cutting energy bills and carbon emissions in the public and higher education sectors’ from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
As part of the Clean Growth Strategy, the Government is interested in evidence, and views, about the action required to deliver an ambitious decarbonisation programme across the public and higher education sectors, in England over the next 10 years.
The webinar will be 1 hour long.
The first 30 minutes will consist of an introduction and Q&A session with a BEIS official.
The latter half of the webinar will be a confidential discussion with members to garner feedback for a consultation response on members' behalf from the EAUC.
