LiFE Framework: Procurement and Supplier Engagement
Speaker: Andrew Douglas, University of the West of England
In April this year CIPS Sustainability Index (CSI) was developed with the help of a number of leading University Purchasing Organisations. This webinar, presented by Professor Andrew Douglas of UWE, is designed to help you understand how the CSI was developed, its value to both buyers and suppliers and how it is already being adopted by many public and private sector organisations to understand their supplier risk within the Financial, Social and Environmental sectors of Sustainability.
> Andrew will share with you how the CSI is designed to quickly capture a baseline of your Suppliers' sustainability credentials how their responses are audited and the range of tailored analytics and dashboards that can be used for benchmarking by both Buyers and their Suppliers. As a further encouragement, membership of the CSI is free to EAUC members participating Buying Organisations.
A key part of the Sustainability Exchange is encouraging dialogue and sharing of ideas and approaches whether through resources, forums or other online methods. This webinar is part of our range of 'exchanges' which are short, free, lunchtime webinars on a variety of interesting topics, hosted by the Sustainability Exchange.
