• The Soil Association’s Food for Life Catering Mark
• The success of the Catering Mark and what this means for environmental sustainability and public health
This was a live webinar hosted by the Sustainability Exchange and took place on 4 April 2013 between 12.00pm - 1.00pm.
The presentation lasted for 30 minutes and was followed by 5 minutes of questions.
It was presented by Michael Bond, Catering Mark Manager from The Soil association which is a membership charity campaigning for planet-friendly organic food and farming.
