Our flagship event brings together professionals from across post-16 education to connect, learn and progress sustainability together.
Join us at Swansea University - a setting that perfectly blends innovation, collaboration and coastal inspiration - for our biggest and most inspiring knowledge sharing event of the year.
Hear from sustainability professionals from universities, colleges and sector bodies across the UK and Ireland including:

And many more!
This is your chance to connect with the people who are shaping sustainability agendas, get answers to your most pressing questions, solve problems and gain the insights you need to stay ahead of the curve.
You don't need to be a sustainability expert to join this event. The sessions are designed to support practitioners in any role across colleges, universities and other post-16 institutions.
Learn from the sustainability leaders, policymakers and peers about good practice, future trends and sector shifts.
Gain new ideas and practical solutions you can apply in your role.
Build meaningful relationships, share experiences and invest in your network.
Reflect: step back from your day job to think strategically, recharge and be inspired by what others are doing.
Ease into learning mode and get to know other delegates with our new Leadership Development Day.
Starting at 1pm, these sessions are designed to help you influence sustainability action in your organisation, whatever your role or level of responsibility.
Sessions:
Leadership workshop
A practical, interactive session for accidental and emerging leaders in post 16-education. Learn how to influence better, secure organisational backing and sustain momentum without burning out. Take home an EAUC certificate of attendance.
Stories that move us. The power of story: reconnecting meaning, emotion and climate action.
Explore the power of storytelling and learn practical techniques to strengthen your own communications.
Social dinner hosted by SOS-UK
Get to know colleagues from other institutions in a relaxed, informal setting and celebrate 20 years of SOS-UK.
Developed in response to member feedback, these smaller sessions focus on the softer skills needed to lead change. They offer a welcoming introduction to EAUC ahead of the main conference—ideal for first-time attendees whilst offering valuable CPD for returning delegates.
This afternoon is exclusively for delegates from EAUC member institutions. Interested in joining EAUC? Explore our membership options
