The Road to COP31: Multilateral Climate Cooperation in a Changing World
University of Warwick
As global leaders prepare for COP31 in Antalya,
Türkiye this November, multilateralism itself is under strain. Escalating
conflicts, energy vulnerabilities and economic shocks are reshaping the space
for climate cooperation, with developing countries facing the sharpest impacts
and the fewest resources to respond. Join us to hear from Vicente Paolo Yu (Honorary Professorial Fellow,
GLOBE Centre and Visiting Fellow, Institute for Advanced Study) as he unpacks
what is at stake in Antalya and what the multilateral climate regime can still
deliver in this fractured global moment.
