Engaging with External Local & Global Communities: Community Engagement & ESD in HE TSN

Our Community Engagement and Education for Sustainable Development in Higher Education Topic Support Networks are working together to organise this free event pulling together the activity going on to engage with both local and global communities in further and higher education institutions in Scotland.

After hearing from a wide range of case studies currently taking place, participants will be invited to map what is going on in FHE institutions in Scotland regarding engaging with different external communities. This mapping will be used during the event to understand, assess, and propose ways of further enhancing the positive impacts our institutions can have on local and global communities, and is hoped to lead to further work, partnerships or research in this area.
