We're delighted to announce the opening date for Green Gown Award 2014 entries: 1 May 2014.

This year we are pleased to announce 14 Award categories, 2 of which are new and 3 of which will once again be eligible for the International Green Gown Awards. For the third year, the winners of the UK and Australasian International categories will be vying for a coveted International Green Gown Award.

The International Green Gown Award judging criteria will be based on a comparison of the projects as a whole, with the ultimate deciding factor being which project has the biggest scale of impact and will be based on Stage 2 applications.

What you can do now

Now is the time to start planning your entry to ensure you have all of the relevant information, collect your evidence and data, get leadership buy-in and really ensure your entry communicates the value of your project or initiative. Often entries are rushed so take the time to make sure your entry stands out from the crowd!
