Diversifying Leadership

This programme is designed to address the issue of underrepresentation of Black, Asian and minority ethnic leaders in HE institutions in the UK at all levels, particularly at senior levels.

The programme does this by exploring themes of power and influence, demystifying leadership, cultural identity and cultural capital, increasing participant visibility and authentic leadership. Participants build confidence, feel empowered and expand their professional strengths.
