Local Action for the Global Goals – Sustainability and Glos2050
Tuesday 17th July 1.00-4.00 at FCH Campus– TC002a
How far can we go to improve sustainability across Gloucestershire by 2050?
Our annual RCE Severn Forum this year is exploring how the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can be advanced locally, linking with the Glos2050 consultation.
This event will bring people together to discuss collaborations for change across our communities, with speakers offering soundings linked to the ‘big ideas’ proposed in the Glos2050 project.
Glos2050 has ‘sustainable’ as one of its ambitions for the county – but what are the cross-cutting sustainability issues that we need to be conscious of behind the various proposals?
This workshop is open to staff, students and local contacts, and will feed a submission to the consultation on behalf of the RCE network. If you can’t attend but would like to comment, please email us.
